Is it possible to add information into the "Designation" field to a gift that I had to add manually and will not be available through the web from my organization? Or if I have to leave the setting of "available on the web" checked to get this field option can I still add it manually...

Troy OK, thank you. From the documentation I've looked at, I'm not sure what either of these fields should be. Neither PEOPLE_ID or DESIGNATION are fields that we can choose from the field list. How do I know what they are? Kim
