It seems Tools>Update Donor/Gift Info from file no longer lets me search for my .csv, only .tntdatasync. I tried to change the extension from .csv to .tntdatasync and TntC couldn't recognize that. Did the .csv option have to be dropped?

Hi Troy, I don't even get this window ( from this post ) when I "import from file": I know I have 2 new accounts and it doesn't flag them, nor can I find them after import, even tho the gift count was correct (should have been minus 2).

I have two donors with the same first and last name, a father and son. In January the son started sending us monthly support. Is there a way to Import your previous donations if your organization is not on the "Gift Input" list? I work for "Word of Life" which is currently not listed. I am able to download the list from "Word of Life" into an Excel sheet. Can I import it from there?
