Part of TntMPD.DataServer runs in your local office connecting to donation and accounting systems. But the more interesting part of TntMPD.DataServer runs on the Web. That's the whole point: providing donation and financial data to your staff via the Web. This help manual topic (Deployment Models) explains how these various parts fit together.
So, what are your options for the web hosting part?
Managed Web Hosting by TntWare!
Let TntWare take care of the web hosting for your data. By using TntWare, you don't have to setup and manage a server or pay for SQL Server licensing. With TntWare, you'd be using the replication model.
The monthly charge would be based on the number of "staff units" (missionary couples) that have access to their information. This can easily be found in the "Web Users" screen:

Here's some sample pricing:
- For 25 staff units, you'd pay $100 per month. ($4 x 25).
- For 125 staff units, you'd pay $425 per month. ($4 x 100) + ($1 x 25)
- For 350 staff units, you'd pay $650 per month. ($4 x 100) + ($1 x 250)
- For 1200 staff units, you'd pay $1,400 per month. ($4 x 100) + ($1 x 900) + ($0.50 x 200)
If you have TntWare host multiple databases, you are charged for the total number of staff units. So if you have three databases, and one has 50 staff units, and another has 50 staff units, and another has 25 staff units: You'd pay for a total of 125 staff units, and the cost would be $425 (thus giving you a volume discount).
You only pay for the Staff Units you've setup in the "Web Users" screen. So you can start testing with a very small number of web users. With 2 or less staff units, you'd pay the minimum of $10 per month.

Self hosting (running your own web server)
If you have a Windows server with SQL Server and ASP.NET, you have all you need. You'll want to acquaint yourself with this part of the help manual (Web Server Administration).
Here are the system requirements for the web server:
- Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 or newer.
- ASP.NET 2.0 runtime (registered with IIS).
- SSL certificate.
- SQL Server 2005 or newer.
- If you are hosting the Replication Model, you'll need a paid-for license of SQL Server:
- Workgroup, Standard or Enterprise
- SQL Server 2014 is not yet supported.
