To send updated donation data from the Staff Portal to Partner Essentials (Global Workers: DIY Option), click the link to (Download into Other Support Raising CRMs.) from the Home tab.
Then click the appropriate download link and follow the prompt to import the downloaded file into Partner Essentials.

If you don't have the option to download into Partner Essentials, pull up the Staff Portal Settings in the Control Panel (you must be an administrator).
Then, in the "Integrated Support Raising CRMs" section, check the box for "Show Partner Essentials DIY".
