When you first run TntMPD, you need to Right-Click (secondary click) it, and select the "Open" option. It will ask if you are sure... and you confirm you are sure. It will only ask the first time. From then on, TntMPD for Mac will start normally. (You can run any app this way with Gatekeeper running.)

If TntMPD is trying to reopen your most recent database, but for some reason that database is not available, you might get this error. If you're running TntSync and trying to synchronize two TntMPD databases you might also get this error. It usually means that the database was on a remote computer or on a removable drive.
