How do I get past, "Class not registered, ClassID: {DE88C160-FF2C-11D1-BB6F-00C04FAE22DA}"?

This is a Windows error.  It means that the "MDAC" component of Windows is not installed correctly.  MDAC stands for "Microsoft Data Access Components". 

If you're on Windows XP, you might try installing this:
