TntConnect 3.1 r4 (release candidate)

This latest beta release introduces a feature to help those who manage newsletters in more than one language.  This was needed because the multicurrency feature will encourage many TntConnect users to consolidate their currency-specific databases, and those who manage their support in more than one currency often manage newsletters in more than one language.

Please download and test this version this week if you can.  The bug count is coming way down since a month ago, and I think TntConnect 3.1 is almost ready to leave BETA status.

The multilanguage newsletter feature introduces some new items needing translation.  So this is also a very good week to finish that up as well.
