Some of these field names changed in TntMPD 2.0:

When you click "Enable Editing" and get the login screen, just click "Cancel".
It seems the field names have changed again in TntMPD 3.0+. Can they be reposted? Thanks!
+1 to lwarner58's comment. Can the current field names be posted please? I'm especially interested to see what the valid values are for "Newsletter Media Preference" and what they mean.
P.S. It would be helpful if this article were clearly marked as reflecting TntMPD 1.0, if that's the version it relates to. Otherwise, a person looking for information doesn't know this article is out of date until they get all the way down to the comments.
For others who are looking for the same kind of information that I was: I did an experimental export and found out that the Newsletter Media Preference field takes the following values:
+P-E = paper w/ email backup
+E-P = email w/ paper backup
+E = email only
+P = paper only
+P+E = both
