Cru-USA is currently hosting DonorHub for the national ministry you are trying to download gifts from, and Cru-USA has made the decision to limit that ministry's choice of support raising tools to the one they developed in-house. (DonorHub is the technology that allows donation information to flow from a ministry's office to tools like TntConnect, MPDX and many others.)
DonorHub Online is hosted by TntWare, and we allow the ministries we serve to remain in full control of which support raising tools they can use based on what works best for them within their unique context.
The only way for you to get past this error message is for the national ministry to transition to DonorHub Online.
Let your national ministry leadership know that DonorHub Online is an option they should consider. One CCC national ministry has already made this transition to DonorHub Online.
