How can I get past "No contacts for this filter."?

This is not so much an error message as it is an informational message.

It's informing you that there are no contacts that match the lookup you entered.

Change your lookup, or just press Cancel.

This is not the case with the new versions 42 and 43.  I've been working on my fund appeal, so when I go back to see all the contacts I chose to have NEXT ASK as 11/30/2010, I get the message even though I have over 100 names that have that value in the field.  I wonder if TntMPD is trying to match the date and the hour and therefore says "no contacts".

Hi Sus, Bob Mac Leod just reported a similar issue.  I found out that there was a problem with date parsing, and it was changing 12:00 AM (midnight) to 12:00 PM (noon).  The next beta (2.1 r46) should have this fix.

Bad timing, but I was trying to create a mail merge to print out addresses for my december mailout. I created a group that I wanted to mail to, then chose to lookup the group. I went to Lookup -> Newsletter recipients -> with deliverable mail addresses. It returned with the dreaded no contacts for this filter. I don't want to make envelopes for my whole database, just a subset. I tried running the lookup for all contacts, but it created the same error. Maybe there is a setting I was supposed to use somewhere, but based on the helptext, I didn't see anything else to try.

Hi Aubrey, do you have any contacts with the "Send Newsletter" box checked AND a valid address entered?
