How can I auto-dial my iPhone from TntConnect for Mac?

If you use a service like Google Voice, you could do it with Android.  That's what I do.  I copy and paste the number into google voice's website and I can talk from my phone.

I also use Google voice so that when I'm not in the USA, I can call and text people from the website or when I'm in the USA I can have the calls/texts forward to my phone.  Works for me and it's free.
