To send updated donation data from the Staff Portal to MPDX (Offline Organization), click the link to (Download into Other Support Raising CRMs.) from the Home tab.
Then click the appropriate download link and follow the prompt to import the downloaded file into MPDX.
In MPDX, if you don't already have an offline organization to pick from, just choose "Cru - Offline".
