I don't know if my problem is a glitch with the new TntMPD or if I need to change a setting somewhere. I just downloaded a new donor whom I just discovered donated in June 2009 (we have 10 accounts we monitor and I didn't see it til now). When it downloaded, it entered the contact information but no THANK task follow-up. I've got them all set up to automatically add. Any ideas why?
