There is the option to choose a tasks importance as to Low, Normal or High. Is there a way to sort your tasks by importance?

I noticed the reason I could not see some of my scheduled appointments was because the time was defaulted to 0. Is this the reason I am unable to schedule Phone calls? Is there a way to add a time value to these?
