Under the " File " menu, click on " Utilities ", then click on " Run Query... ". (Note: If you run a query that changes data, you should also update the "LastEdit" field (to the current time) of each record you modify. Otherwise TntSync won't know the record changed. It's fine if you use Firefox as your default browser. But do keep in mind that, if you have any special proxy settings for connecting to the Internet, you'll need to have those settings in Internet Explorer or you can specify them manually in TntMPD (Tools | Network Settings).

To get past this issue, you need to: Force a fresh reinstall of TntMPD on your Mac (Note: This issue might be avoided by not letting your computer go to sleep while TntMPD is running .)

The check box on the left of an email address indicates if it is valid or not. The box to the right of an email address indicates if it is preferred or not. Only preferred email addresses will be used for: e-mail merge to Word email newsletters Sync with MailChimp

(Disregard this if you're on a PC.) If you're using TntMPD for Mac, take note that it generally is only able to open your database if it's on your main hard drive ("Macintosh HD" as it's often called). So if you're trying to open a database on an attached drive, move your database to your Desktop or Documents folder. Then try to open it from there.

If you receive this error, your database might need to be repaired. Under the " File " menu, click on " Utilities " and then " Rebuild Database ".

Your TntMPD database needs to be in a folder that TntMPD has permission to create new files in. Normally TntMPD doesn't have permission to do this at the root of your hard drive. Try moving your database to your " Documents " or " Dropbox " folder and opening it from there.
