Importando contactos
Importing contacts is the fastest way to bring an existing list into a TntMPD database.

Descargar Nombres y Direcciones desde el Internet
La forma más rápida y más fácil de obtener nombres y direcciones dentro de tu base de datos es descargándolas directamente desde tu organización. Una vez que hagas esto, los únicos pasos administrativos que debes tomar son:
•Asegurarte de la precisión de los nombres y direcciones (los nombres a quienes hace los envíos puede no ser tan formales como los que tiene tu organización)
•Aplicar la información correcta de TntMPD a cada contacto (tal como Fase, Cantidad del compromiso y Frecuencia, etc.)

Importar contactos de Outlook
The advantage of importing from Outlook is that you may already have a vast amount of information already in Outlook and this is a relatively quick way to get them into TntMPD. The disadvantage is that TntMPD will compare your entire contact list in Outlook with TntMPD.

You can stop the entire import process or just ignore this contact.

Importar contactos del texto
The primary advantage to importing contacts from a text file is that you have a lot of control over the amount of information you import. This will be especially helpful for those who have extensive databases already.

Consejo práctio: Dividir títulos (Sr./Sra.) o nombres
If you inadvertently have Mr. & Mrs. in the same field, or the Husband & Wife names in the same field (typically as a result of importing from your old database) TntMPD has some special file maintenance features, both Split Titles and Split First Names to help resolve this situation.
