Are there any customizable shortcuts to be expected?

E.g. within excel I can search for a name easily and directly with CTRL+F.

In TNT Connect it seems like you have to go the menu everytime (lookup) and then down to e.g. 'First name'. Or is there another way to do it?

@verkruijssen, We try to follow most standard shortcuts, but Ctrl+F is not one we support.  I'm always doing "Alt + L + L", to do a lookup.  My muscle memory is so strong I don't even think about it.
