(DonorHub is the technology that allows donation information to flow from your ministry's office to tools like TntConnect, MPDX and many others.)
DonorHub Online is hosted by TntWare, and we allow your ministry to remain in control of which support raising tools they can use according to what works best for them.
The only way for you to get past this error message is for your national ministry to transition to DonorHub Online.
