How can my organization support TntMPD's gift input features?: Revision #4

Even on its own, TntMPD is a powerful tool for ministry partner development.  But by integrating TntMPD with your organization's donation system:

• You eliminate many hours of manual data entry each month for each staff member who uses the tool.
• You remove barriers that keep your staff fully organized and fully funded.
• You strongly encourage your staff and send a strong message that you care about them.

TntMPD accommodates two ways of receiving detailed contribution data:

• By connecting to your donation system over the Web.  This is often the most powerful way for your staff to connect with your donation system.  This option allows your staff to stay current with up to the minute donation data as it becomes available.  There are two ways to implement this.
   
  • By using TntMPD.DataServer.  The preferred and recommended way to provide a TntMPD-compatible download for your staff is to use TntMPD.DataServer.  TntMPD.DataServer already includes pre-built integration templates for DonorWise, Raiser's Edge and OPTIGEM.  Tools and documentation are provided to allow you to integrate TntMPD.DataServer with your own donation system.
     
  • By providing your own custom web server application.
     
  By sending your staff a monthly (or weekly) TntMPD DataSync file.  Another very powerful way is to regularly send your staff a TntMPD DataSync file.  Sending this file as an email attachment makes it incredibly easy for your staff to sync to the data.  All they have to do is double-click on the attachment.  Another alternative is to have a secure website location where the file can be made available.
