The easiest way to do this is through Excel. From TntMPD:
- under the "File" menu, click on "Export Current Group".
- Click on the fields you want to appear in the directory. A good choice might be "Mailing Address Block", "Home Phone", "Main Email", etc.
- Then click on "OK", then "Excel".
