There are three categories of data that are available to target:
Donation Information

The category you should implement to provide donation information to your staff. Currently, your staff will be able to use use TntConnect to download this information. Web-based tools provide for online donation/donor reports via the Staff Portal.

Financial Information

The category you should implement to provide financial information to your staff. Currently, TntConnect will use this to display to your staff their account balance while they download donation information into TntConnect. Web-based tools provide for online income/expense reports via the Staff Portal.

Web Admin Information
|
The category you should implement to automate some of the tasks found on the "Manage Web Users" screen. This includes: defining who your staff are, defining what profiles should be associated with them, and defining which designation or financial account(s) should be associated with each profile.
