My TntMPD folder in drop box looks like this: I don't think it's taking up too much space or anything but it's very messy. Why are there so many folders and can I delete them?

I have been trying to get the "resolve dropbox conflicts" thing to work, but it doesn't accept my database password as correct. I had to reset it, then it is still telling me I'm wrong. The password works to open up the database, but not to do this task. Any suggestions?
