I don't know if anyone's experienced this. I use mailchimp for my newsletter. Somehow mailchimp unsubscribed all of my contacts. When my wife synced with mailchimp before sending out our latest newsletter, it unsubscribed everyone in TNT. I don't see a way to resubscribe everyone in either...
