When you're editing the message, place the cursor where you want the picture to go.  Then click the "Insert Media" button.  You can select a JPEG, GIF or PNG file on your computer.  It will appear where the cursor was last blinking.

Note:  If this toolbar doesn't appear, you may have to use "Internet Explorer".
