Hi, Japanese contains Japanese alphabets and Chinese characters. We discovered that if a donor's name is partial Japanese alphabets partial Chinese characters, or purely Japanese alphabets, when we typed in any of those alphabets to "Search Contact", no donor will be shown. In others words...

Troy, is there a way that individual DonorWise users can change the UI language after DW has been installed? I know you say they can re-install it, setting it for "just me" and then selecting the language of their choice. But that's not an option when the user is on Windows Server 2008...
