I am at a loss. I did an initial sync years ago and found it too out of control. I'm ready to try a regular sync with my Outlook once again. During the initial process of matching records, I find myself looking back into the past. It is trying to match names that are no longer in either database...

It seems that every time I sync with outlook I have to remind it who is matched with whom. It is about 15 contacts out of 1500 so not many, but it already takes about five minutes to perform a sync and having to remind it each time is a pain. Thoughts? Mike
