When I attemp to click and drag the maps view, it doesn't work properly. I can drag it a little ways and then let go of the mouse and it goes back to about the location it was. In order to move the map, I need to zoom out and then zoom back into the area that I would like to look. Is there something...

Whenever I click on the Map icon all it shows is the spinning wheel without ever mapping any of my contacts. Is there something else that I need to do to enable this feature or what are potential problems that could be causing this?

I am now traveling for about 5 months. We don't always have internet access, but I would love to still utilize the map information about where my contacts are located. Is there a way to download the map data for offline usage?
