When I do this, Word cannot recognize contacts that have multiple email addresses because it puts a comma between the two addresses. The commas should be replaced with semicolons. How do I reconcile this? Jacob

Do you merge to the printer or to a new document? If to the printer, I'd try going to a new document first and then print from there. If you are already doing it that way, I would take a look at the printer setup and see if something is there that might be causing this. When I used to do envelopes...

I have created, using a mail merge, 82 merged envelops. Every effort to print the entire 82 non-stop results in only one being printed at a time. To print the entire 82, I must instruct my printer to print each one - that's 82 two step operations. I am using Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003....

Thanks Troy. I dont' think that will solve the issue. Let me try to explain it better. If you want to send an email to a group, either using the Outlook option or the Word option. Only those emails that have the preferred check box marked will be used for the email. If you have a particular partner...
