  • Lost my data after computer crash

    My computer died, and I downloaded tntMPD on the new one and restored the data base. During the restore, it ran a conversion (I must have installed a newer version than I previously had) and all I have in my data file is addresses. No names and no gift information. I then tried to restore from backup...

    Finally it worked. It was all to do with the clean up utility. Thanks. I guess I loaded it to my thumb drive when at home and it still wanted to find that "J" drive. All better now... and up to date!

    Troy, Thanks for your help on this. I will do my best to insert some screen shots. A little more background… I had been using a thumb drive for my TNT (taking back and forth to office) and was not using the desktop at my office for the program. At work, the thumb drive is designated as the “K”...

    I ran it, "successfully" but this did not fix my problem with loading new TNT. I tried to run again the suggestion found in the FAQ, but that still doesn't work either. I downloaded the version without hitch at home... it actually gave a different choice... (it did not require "repair"...
