In addition to email addresses, contacts can have other Internet information that may be useful to you. Hover over any email address to initiate an email message. Double-click in the empty area to open the email information.

Tip: Skype Addresses

You can enter a Skype address in any available Internet field. Then it will appear in the Internet box and select the link. It will also show up in the Name and Address Bar if there is enough room.

Enter it like this: "Skype:username", replacing the word "username" with their Skype user name.

Tip: Email Merge-Multiple Addresses

Unlike phone numbers (only one preferred allowed), all three email addresses can be selected as preferred for any contact. This enables you to send email messages to the husband and the wife simultaneously.

When you click on their email address anywhere in TntMPD, your default email software will open and all preferred email addresses will be inserted in the To: box.

Preferred Email Addresses and Mail Merge

If you perform a mail merge for a contact with multiple preferred email addresses is selected, all preferred email addresses will receive a separate email. However, the greeting will be the same for all recipients. (You cannot have separate greetings for the husband and wife.)
