TntMPD uses the "Created Date" to determine if a contact was gained this week.

The MPD Phases included in the "contacts" count are
1.n/a 2.Never Contacted 3.Ask in Future 4.Call for Appt |
Notes:
1.The expression "on hand today" means "in your database today".
2."Gained this week" only refers to contacts that are new in your database this week AND are less than Appointment Scheduled. If you had new contacts with whom you have appointments scheduled, or they have even made a decision, they will not be included in the "gained this week" count.
