Trying to use OpenOffice.org's Writer - but the tools drop down says "not installed." I opened the program to see if TNT would recognize it then, no dice. Help?
David, under the "Help" menu, click on "View System Info". Report this to the forum, and include your system info.
I've tried using this tutorial but I'm a mac user and the screen shots above don't look the same when I try it on the mac. Could you do this same sort of thing using screen shots from a mac as you demonstrate the mail merge? Thanks.
Please help. I'm with JoshuaSimmons as above. I'm a Mac user using Word 2011 for mac. I get through the first 2 steps and get the window: Mail Merge To Microsoft Word:mac and choose labels there and it takes me to a blank Word document. I can't find the "Word Document Setup" icon. Do you have more details for Word for Mac from here? Thanks.
