I downloaded TntMPD about a month ago
and was able to import 5 years of giving and contact info from a CSV
that I downloaded from the Wycliffe web site. The problem now is I don't
see any easy way to import the gifts that were received over the past
30 days. When I tried Import, Contacts from txt (csv) it was not able to match
existing contacts, and in fact had no way of importing new gifts with
existing contacts. Instead I got all the contacts entered as duplicates First,Last instead of Last,First and there was no Gifts entered even on the new contacts.
When I try import from Web, there is no option to get
the data from the Wycliffe web site. I later found that Wycliffe can help me download a MyDonations.tntmpd but only for whole months. The problem is that my previous data included gifts through Feb 15 and the new MyDonations file includes gifts for the whole month of February.
Is there any other way to import
the gifts without getting duplicates for the first half of February, or do I have to use Manual Gift Input and add any new givers
manually?
