Troy, I did what you instructed to do by using my GCX login and password. But I still could not download my gifts.

I did what you said. Afterwards when I went to get the list, it kept saying verifying password, and then it timed out. I'll e-mail you all.
I got the GCX log in error message last night. This morning I worked through the steps in this article, and it solved the problem. Thanks, Troy.
