If you receive an error message about the need to use your Relay login when trying to download gift information, it's probably because you're using an older style "PeopleSoft" login from before 2006.

To correct this, you need to enter your Relay login into where it says "Login" and you need to enter the corresponding password as well.
Note: If you're on page 2 where you select the date range, you'll need to click the "<< Prev" button.

Back on page 1, just type in your Relay login and password (where you see your old login and password).

As of Feb 13, 2010, the older PeopleSoft style logins are no longer accepted. You must use a Relay login.
By the way, if you're not even sure what your Relay login is, try to login to the Staff Services website and check your donations via your web browser. If you can't get that to work, you may need to contact ITG at: itghelp@ccci.org
