I am at a loss. I did an initial sync years ago and found it too out of control. I'm ready to try a regular sync with my Outlook once again. During the initial process of matching records, I find myself looking back into the past. It is trying to match names that are no longer in either database...

Won't export any new contacts from Tnt to Outlook--did update and ask questions about current contacts already in Outlook. This is a new laptop and new Outlooks so have almost no contacts in it and hoped to send them from Tnt or would have typed them into Outlook instead!!!!!!
