  • Managing contacts, etc. How do you do it?

    I'm fairly new to TnTConnect, and trying to find my way around the application. What seem to be the most confusing to me is the MailChimp syncing and managing of contacts. It almost seems worthwhile to me to manually export my MailChimp contacts on a regular basis as I don't quite understand...

  • CSV File problems

    I can't get me file to turn to CSV correctly, it says that "Contact List.csv may contain features which are not compatible with CSV. Do you want to keep the workbook in this format?" Of course I don't care what format it's in, I just want it to work. This is probably super simple...
