I have created a gift update file and saved it as a csv file. When I go to Tools | Update Donor/Gift Info from File I am unable to select the csv file (it is grayed out).

This method described by Johnny.H is also what I use to import data from WBT to TntMPD. You have to log into Unity and download the .tntmpd file for the dates you select.
