(TntConnect 3.4.4 Mac) Import Donor/Gift File

I have created a gift update file and saved it as a csv file. When I go to Tools | Update Donor/Gift Info from File I am unable to select the csv file (it is grayed out).

Importing from Tools->Update Donor/Gift Info from File

I got this error trying to import my data... The update file "2008-2014 donation import from excel.csv" is invalid.
