How can I get the online backup of my TNTMPD database because my laptop & backup was stolen?

EL CAPITAN MAC Nonresponsive APP

WOW! I am amazed at how the message board has lit up on the El Capitan issues. Thank you for all your hard work. I have installed and re-installed the MAC r39 (elcapitan download) and when I get through everything, the APP is non-responsive for the 'select a database' please HELP!

Gift input gets stuck "Downloading instructions"

For a few days now, after clicking on Gift Input and Next>>, I get the Please Wait... Downloading instructions message and the moving blue indicator, but it doesn't finish. I'm running TntMPD Version 3.0 r21 on a MacBook Pro. Any ideas on how to address this?
