  • Contacts Disappeared

    On September 29th I opened TNT and immediately had a message from Dropbox asking me if I would like to back up my TNT account to my Dropbox account. I said 'yes' and it saved to DB. I then opened TNT and all but 4 contacts were gone. I have tried repeatedly to find backups or go to older files...

  • Cloud for information?

    I am going to need to replace my hard drive soon, and I would rather not have to start completely over with my contact information. Is any of what we put into the TNT database available online or backed up in a cloud? Thanks!

  • UPGRADED TNT - NOW HISTORY AND GROUPS ARE GONE

    We use Dropbox to share our TNT database among our team members. We each upgraded TNT today to 3.2 r5 after receiving a notice that an upgrade was available. Then we each received a message that we needed to upgrade the dropbox file as well. Now, 3 of us have done the upgrade but a lot of recent history...

  • Dropbox conflict files not updating TNT database consistently

    Our office staff use TNT Connect and have the database on Dropbox so we can all access and update. We have 7 people who share this database. Occasionally, the conflict files do not "resolve" and update the main database which leaves the conflict files in our Dropbox folder onliine but no changes...
