Two donors under one ID number...

Two of my donors are now giving through a Fidelity Charitable Gift fund (17531047). When I download this from the Navigators website, I'm forced to pick one contact who is linked with this donor ID number. How do I separate these so it doesn't look like one donor is giving double while the other...
