Help in Restoring old database

I recently had my work computer reformatted & upgraded to Windows 7. I had the backups that TntMPD was creating saved in a folder on my server. I now have my computer back & have downloaded TntMPD onto my computer. MY PROBLEM is I don't know how to restore my database back into the program...
