@jstamberg, no there's not a way to lookup contacts based on a list of email addresses at this time.

You can double-click on the filter ... right above the contact list ... to make changes to it.

Is there a way to modify a parameter in a lookup, or do I have to recreate it with the parameter changed?

Hi Isa, The default to "replace group" is by design because this is often what's most expected. You'll have to change it to anything else anytime you want to further refine or add to your lookup.

Is there a way to type in multiple lookups at a time? Somewhat like excel? I need to apply 10+ added filters for 8 different groups. That means I have to click 7 things 80time or more. Or could I at least change the automatic function from "replace group" to "add to group"?

Hi Grace, Open the 'Lookup" menu, and make a choice. You'll see the other options become available.

In the few months that I have been using TNT Connect, I have never seen a time when I could use the options other than "Replace the current group". The other options in that section are always greyed-out.

Those options would be, "Lookup within the current group" and "Add to the current group" and "Take away from the current group".

Yes, if you look in the screen shot above, you will see one of the options when you right-click is "Customize Sort". When you select that, you can sort by any field (even successive fields, like By City *and then* Likely to Give, etc.

Is there a way to sort contacts by "Not likely to give, Likely to give, and Most Likely to Give"?
