In TntMPD, when you set the Outlook Sync Settings (Tools | Microsoft Outlook | Settings for Sync with Outlook), there's a place to set the profile:

If this setting is not correct, you may get unexpected results when you try to sync. Most commonly, you'll get an error about the Outlook folder you want to sync to cannot be found.

In the Windows control panel, there's a "Mail" control panel you can set:

When you double-click on it, you'll notice a button for "Show Profiles...":

When you click this button, you'll see the profiles available (often there's only one, and it's called "Outlook", but you might have more than one).

Make sure that the Profiles setting in TntMPD matches the one you want to use from the Mail control panel.
