Does "Update Donor Info" synchronize my contacts with my organization?

No. But it provides suggestions for you to review and then accept or reject.

When you download donor address information from DonorHub (via Tools | Update Donor Info),it updates *donor* information in TntConnect with any organizational donor associated with your DonorHub profile. This will not directly update *contact* information in TntConnect. It's an indirect process, so that you're in the driver's seat.

In TntConnect, 'contacts' are completely under your control. 'donors' are distinct and they represent the organization's view of the donor. In TntConnect, you can associate one or more donor accounts with a single contact.

To see a contact's associated donor account(s), click their donor id at the top right.

If there are any unreviewed address/phone/email changes to the donor information, the information in TntConnect turns orange. The donor information will have a "Accept" and "Ignore" link. If you "Ignore", you may want to tell your organization if you think they have the wrong info for one of your donors.

At any time, you can pull up all contact that have unreviewed donor information. Under the "Lookup" menu, click on "Unreviewed Account Info".
