This mail merge template was inspired by the OM (Operation Mobilization) fund development training. It produces one page per partner, and includes a nice snapshot of vital information regarding the partner. It requires TntConnect 3.4, and it's formatted for A4 paper.

Child Profile - campaign merge template

This is a sample mail merge template for a child sponsorship ministry. If you have configured TntConnect to indicate that you are a child sponsorship ministry, you can mail merge a list of campaigns (children) and create nice profile pages to send to sponsors.

This works best on a PC if you want the pictures to automatically show.

Contact Directory

This is a simple contact directory with name, mailing address, all phone numbers and preferred email(s). It looks like this:

To start it, select "Contact Directory.docx" and change the merge type to "Catalog":

You'll only see one address at a time until you merge to a new document:

Photo Directory

This document creates a nice photo directory (2 columns, 10 rows per page). It requires TntMPD 2.0 r68 or newer.

To get the photos to appear correctly, merge to a new document (instead of merging straight to the printer). Then, click Ctrl+A, and then click F9. There's a plug-in called OnMerge Images that is supposed to make this seemless.

Tested in Word 2007, but it should probably work in older versions as well.
