We have changed the GL Code associated with an RC. It has worked for those RCs that were direct income, but I can't seem to change the GL for RC codes that are assessments. There used to be a screen where you could attach the GL code directly to the RC, but now it seems that only on the contact screen...

It is likely that GL Account (9100) has yet to add RC (11002) as one of valid combinations. Users with Financial Director or Database Setup role can manage GL Account/RC combinations at Accounting > GL Accounts and RCs. Found it!!!! When we first did the setup we entered all the staff names in Thai. Since that wouldn't work with Solomon we entered them again in Latin Characters and redirected the Thai designations to the English ones. I had to change the RC in both. Can you tell that we lost the person who was doing...

OK. I was making two mistakes: First, I was on the donor tab not the designation tab. So when a staff terminates we should redirect their designation, but leave their donor redirect alone since they may be a donor also. Right? Second, I did not know about also changing the RC. I checked the instructions...
