On the Staff Portal, the Deceased flag doesn't do much if anything. TntConnect looks at it, brings it to the user's attention by scheduling a task to research and it logs a history I believe.

I should add this the extreme technical nature of TntMPD.DataServer (now DonorHub Lite), is a major reason we are transitioning this product line to the cloud via DonorHub Online. It's a much more sustainable model, long term, and has almost no learning curve.

Jaimie, I'm not aware of a NewViews integration. This might be a good reason to transition to DonorHub Online. With DonorHub Online, TntWare takes responsibility for developing any integration necessary. Also we maintain that integration over time. --Troy

Yeah, this page is very abstract and conceptual. Unfortunately developing a good custom integration is a complex topic, and requires knowledge of many interdependent concepts. But if you read this entire section top to bottom (maybe twice), all the intertwining concepts and topics should make perfect sense. :)

This page would be much more helpful if you provided instructions on where the "tools [that] are included to allow for the building of a custom template" are. I think I have found them, but it took me a lot longer than it should have. A screenshot of the dataserver interface or a way to find them perhaps?

Thanks Troy. I think we have Raisers figured out! We are also looking for integration to newviews (https://newviews.com/) - apparently this system is a fairly common one so I have a suspicion someone has created a link for this somewhere? Do you know if one exists?

@tsanyao, I'd agree. And I"d add that SQL Server 2012 Express SP4 is currently the best edition of SQL Server for running TntMPD.DataServer (and DonorWise). Too bad SQL 2014 is not yet an option, as it has some great Azure integration.

Scott, in the "Deployment Models" help page it mentions the "Replication Model". In this context, you need to "Synchronize" your changes between your local/offline copy of TntMPD.DataServer and the web server. When you run data pumps, it prompts you to synchronize immediately afterwards. But other than that, you need to manually do it.

You're correct in that setting the registration code is a trigger to unregister the user. Also correct on the email address getting update from The Key.

It seems that you should press Synchronize after making changes.

It seems that touching a Registration Code will cause a registered web user to become Unregistered.

The Email will automatically update to the email used for registration.

Sorry, but I cannot find any instructions for webserver installation. Does it exist? Is there no way to use tntware hosting for it, even for the price?
