You can send an email to a contact right from TntMPD if your email system is configured to link directly with Microsoft Office products.
Note: Although you initiate these tasks from TntMPD, doing so will not Log History for this email message. You still need to do that manually.
Sending an email to one contact
Send an email to an individual contact by clicking on that contact (in the Contact View), then selecting . When you select this option, TntMPD will open your email program and put the contact’s email address in the To: box, and put your cursor in the Subject box.

Sending the Current Group an email
TntMPD does not actually send email messages. What it does is create some of the basic information for your email software to use. There are some tasks you need to perform manually.

| 2. | TntMPD will bring up the New Email Message for Current Group box and automatically fill in the Bcc: box with all the email addresses for your current group. (If a member of the current group does not have a preferred email address, they will not be added to this list.) |

| 3. | Select New Mail Message to continue to your email software. TntMPD will give you instructions: It is going to copy your email list into your Clipboard. |

| 4. | Click OK to continue. TntMPD will open your default email and create a new message. |
| 5. | In the Blind Copy field, hit paste (Ctrl-V or ) to paste all of the email addresses. |
| 6. | Compose your message and send it. |
